Strong Background in Food & Beverage

The managing partners and founders of Dappled Tonic Water all have a strong background in food and beverage. In fact, our two founders met in Portland while working as chefs at Higgins Restaurant over 20 years ago.

 

Our founder, Faith, is a former chef, distiller, and three-time CPG owner. Co-founder Erin has owned a restaurant and coffeehouse, and our managing partner, Karen, has an extensive background in food and beverage writing and marketing.
