Game Night
1 oz. Westward Whiskey
1/2 oz. Sweet Vermouth
Pour over ice in tall Collins glass & stir
Top with Dappled Aromatic Tonic Water
Garnish with orange slice and maraschino cherries

The Aromatic Odyssey

Ingredients (makes one cocktail)

-½ oz New Deal Distillery Pear Brandy
-1 Can Dappled Aromatic Tonic
-½ oz maple syrup
-Cho Wines Pinot Noir
Sage for Garnish
Rocks glass with ice
Directions
Add New Deal Pear Brandy and maple syrup to glass. Using the glass as your mixing glass, stir gently to combine without diluting. Pour ½ can Dappled Aromatic Tonic down the spiral of a bar spoon. Finish with a splash of Pinot Noir over the back of the bar spoon. Garnish with fresh sage.

• 1.5 oz veenbessen brandewijn (tart cranberry spirit from @wynand_fockink)
• 5-6 oz @dappledtonic Citrus

1/2 oz of amaretto, floral tonic, espresso, garnish w/ heather sprig

Ingredients

* 1 oz Aperol
* 0.5 oz St Germain
* 0.5 oz lemon juice
* 0.5 oz grapefruit juice
* hibiscus tea ice cubes
* 3 oz Dappled Floral Tonic Water

Prep- Hibiscus Ice Cubes

1. Brew 2 tbsp (5 grams) of hibiscus tea in 1 cup water
2. steep for 10 minutes
3. strain and cool
4. pour brewed tea into ice cube molds and place in freezer
5. cubes are ready to go in a few hours!

Instructions

Mix Aperol, St Germain, lemon,
and grapefruit in glassware. Fill glass with hibiscus ice cubes. Top with 3 oz of tonic water.
