What exactly is tonic water? 

Tonic water is a cocktail mixer that is sweetened, carbonated, and bittered with quinine. We balance ours with citric acid and natural flavors.

Is Dappled Tonic non-alcoholic?

Yes, it’s non-alcoholic and can be enjoyed on its own, mixed with other non-alcoholic mixers or combined with spirits like gin, whiskey, vodka, etc.

Isn’t there a lot of sugar in tonic water?

It’s a better-for-you option that is sweetened with pure cane sugar to create perfect balance in your cocktail, no extra syrups, bitters, or citrus required.

What sweeteners/sugar do you use?

Only pure cane sugar.

What is the difference between seltzer water and tonic water?

What is quinine?

Quinine is extracted from the bark of cinchona trees. In its purified form it is one of the cleanest and freshest bittering agents available to beverages.

Is quinine good/bad for you?

The original functional beverage. Now we have actual medicine so if you get malaria, go to the doctor.
